• 08115974001:Multiplate® NaCl/CaCl2,10x5.0mltubes. Diluent mixofcalciumchloride (3mM)andphysiologicalsaline(0.9%). Storetubesat2-8°C.Theproductisstableuntilthe expirydateonthetubelabel.

MeasurementPrinciple:

Citratedepletesthecalciuminabloodsample. Reducedcalciumlevelsmayleadtofalselyreduced aggregationlevelsinplateletfunctiontesting. Thereforeitisrecommendedtopartiallyre-calcify citratedsampleswiththisdiluentsolutionfortestingin theMultiplate®.The3mMCaCl2diluentsolution enhancesthecalciumlevelsofthesamplewhile maintainingtheanticoagulanteffectofthecitrate.
