Handlingandstorage:
Theantibodyislyophilizedfroma1mg/mlsolutioninisotonicphosphatebufferedsaline,pH7.4,containing0.02%sodiumazideand20mg/mlmannitol.Itissuppliedinvialsof500µgandshouldbereconstitutedwith0.5mLdistilledwater.Forextensivedilutionsaproteincontainingsolutionshouldbeused(e.g.1%bovineserumalbumininPBS).Lyophilizedantibodyshouldbestoredat4°C.Reconstitutedantibodyshouldbealiquotedandstoredat-20°Corlower.Avoidrepeatedfreeze-thawcycles.
