TheantibodyispurifiedfromrabbitserumbyammoniumsulphateprecipitationfollowedbyDEAEion-exchangechromatography.

Characteristicsoftheantibody

(1)Reactswithhighandlowmolecularweighturokinaseaswellwithscu-PA(urine,tissuecultureandrecombinant);alsoreactswithu-PAinhibitorcomplexes.

Handlingandstorage:

Theantibodyislyophilizedfroma1mg/mlsolutioninisotonicphosphatebufferedsaline,pH7.4,containing0.02%sodiumazideand20mg/mlmannitol.Itissuppliedinvialsof1mgandshouldbereconstitutedwith1mLdistilledwater.

Forextensivedilutionsaproteincontainingsolutionshouldbeused(e.g.1%bovineserumalbumininPBS).

Lyophilizedantibodyshouldbestoredat4°C.Reconstitutedantibodyshouldbealiquotedandstoredat-20°Corlower.Avoidrepeatedfreeze-thawcycles.
