Handlingandstorage:

Theantibodyislyophilizedfroma5mg/ml50mMsodiumacetatepH5.0,solutioncontaining100mMglycine,and20mg/mlmannitol.Itissuppliedinvialsof5mgandshouldbereconstitutedwith1mldistilledwater.

Forextensivedilutionsaproteincontainingsolutionshouldbeused(e.g.1%bovineserumalbumininPBS).

Lyophilizedantibodyshouldbestoredat4°C.Reconstitutedantibodyshouldbealiquotedandstoredat-20°Corlower.Avoidrepeatedfreeze-thawcycles.
